How long can i cellar FFF BA Plum Klaus?

    You worried that it's too hot? The couple of reviews for it indicate it's pretty tasty right now.

    Anyway, I suppose you could age it for as long as you want - it's not like it's going to become poisonous; it's just going to change (not necessarily for the better).

    Yeah - I wouldn't bother aging the BA Plum Klaus. The Cherry version was a tad boozy, but the Plum was eminently drinkable at this stage. If I had a bottle I'd try to get to it within 6 months before it starts losing fruit flavor.
