I luckily got a bottle of Founder's Doom today. Normally, I'd like to sit on it for at least a few days, let the anticipation build, invite over the right friend(s), but I'm leaving town for 15 days (out of the country, don't want to bring). So - Should I drink tonight, as fresh as possible, or do imperial IPAs hold on well enough (or barrel-aged ones at that) that I can wait two plus weeks?
