    3 light nights @2. 2 med nights @ 3, 2 heavy nights @4 = 20 per week I exercise a lot, 5'7", 140 lb

    If you're talking health and liver function, anything above 7% should probably count as 1.5-2 beers. Bombers most certainly are 2-4 depending on the ABV. So with that I'd be above 15, but in actual beers I'm below.
