How many beers do you drink a week?

I usually pull 0,1, or 2 things a week out of the cellar. It's mostly big stouts and barleywines so theyre just huge beers that are a bit of a commitment, esp. if you're full. But once I get some PA or IPA, the shit flies away, and at the bar, the shit does also fly away.

 

For me one a night. I see some people drink 6 a night you must be drinking some cheap beer. I'll knocked down one 120 and I'm done for. I prefer the more high gravity stuff that equals less you have to drink.

Depends on the week really. Usually 2 a night on a few weekdays (so 6-8) and more on the weekend depending on what is going on. If I'm staying in probably 3-4 on either Friday or Saturday...maybe a few more...so anywhere between 10 and 30 haha.

I drink a 16.9 pint each night, typically British or German, at home while I unwind and watch the tube or read.

The beers I buy run from 4.5% to 7% ABV, which translates to about 1 oz of alcohol per night.

There are exceptions...

• Sometimes an 11.2 oz bottle is called for, eg Dopplesticke.
• Sometimes a 22 or 25.4 oz bottle is called for, a US bomber or Belgian 750.
• Sometimes I'll come across something special, eg Stingo.
• And of course, once or twice a month I'll hit a NYC joint...when the 1 pint limit does not apply. (I try to avoid carrying my bank card on such nights, a limited amount of cash to keep things under control.)

At 58 years old the health issues related to alcohol and malt are concerns, besides, I get more enjoyment from savoring a single pint than four or five. A little goes a long way...

I RIDE MY BICYCLE 5 TO 15 MILES A DAY TO WORK OFF MY 2 - 6 BEER A DAY REGIMEN. USUALLY TAKE ONE DAY OFF A WEEK(SATURDAY FOLLOWING FRIDAY NIGHT).

 

Id say I average 10-12 week

 

Checking with my untappd stats and dividing them by the number of weeks I've been using untappd it averages out to 8. Which seems accurate.

I'd say 5-7 a week. Some nights I'll have two, others none -- but most nights I'll have one.

Four or five typically. I don't let myself have a beer unless I work out that day in some way, be it trip to the gym or working over my punching bag. And I rarely have more than one in a day unless I'm hanging out with friends or there's a really good game on. I love my beer but I like having a relatively trim waistline more.

 

Don't usually drink during the week , maybe the occasional brew now and then. The weekends, thats a different story. Usually anywhere from 12 to an entire case between Fridays and Saturdays.

 

I used to drink 4 per day, unfortunately, high blood pressure has made me drop down to two per day. It is funny though, as now my 2 per day are medicinal!
