Last year (2012), I only did 3-4 batches for a total of 15-20 gallons that year. The year before (2011), I brewed 11-13 batches for a total of 55-65 gallons. This year, I'm ashamed to say that today I'm brewing my first batch ever of 2013 for a total of 5 gallons. :slight_frown:

I brew once a week. For a while I was brewing one five gallon batch and one one gallon batch every brew day, last few brew days I've just done two five gal batches and dropped the one gallon thing (which was just a way to experiment with ingredients). I also brew no boil berliner weisse during the week about once a month, in 8 gal split batches.

A lot of these beers are long term sours, I've been trying to build up a big enough sour program that I'll eventually be able to drink them every night or as often as I want without worrying about it. Also just trying to experiment with lots of styles and recipes and get enough of them dialed in to have a reliable regular rotation of beers that I'm happy with.

I started brewing all grain early April of this year and today I'm brewing batches 47 and 48 (approx 20 of those batches being 1 gal batches I think).
