Doesn't really exist any more since the closure of the Leeds brewery.

Depends on how many I have in my fridge. I usually start off with a beer I have never had before and then after that bounce back and forth between beers that I have already had. On Saturday I started off with Chicken Killer Barleywine (never had) and then proceeded to have a SNPA, Stone IPA, and Abita Andygator.

Beer reviews solo? Only 2 full beers a day max. I'll do up to 4-5 different samplings max if I'm splitting 12 oz bottles with 1-2 beer nerd friends (depending on ABV). Basically once I get buzzed, I think my ratings / reviews are tainted so I don't prefer to do new samplings beyond that point.

I haven't had the mild yet but Julian Grocock tells of a visit where the bitter was on and remarked how good it was and what a pity it's going to be brewed elsewhere. He was informed that he was in fact drinking the Wolverhampton brewed beer.It was good enough to become the house beer at the Rose and Crown.

To reply to the OP , when working at beer festivals I easily try around 30 different brews. I don't though consider that anything less than a half pint enough to give an accurate impression and some need a pint.I suppose the most I've properly tried would be around ten.At festivals I just test a sample for an overall impression.
That's the problem I have when acting as a beer judge particularly with beers intended to be drunk in volume. These aren't sipped as much as slurped and so just sipping a sample doesn't give a true impression.

Usually I start off (depending on my supply) with a few easy drinkers and maybe a special higher abc as a night cap if I am feeling up to it and haven't had more than two or three yet

I'll usually drink 2-3 different beers in a sitting, over the course of 2-3 hours. I try to keep my reviews to two, review the first beer, have something to eat to refresh my palate and then review a second beer a bit later on.
