1-7 gal plastic connicle (don't use, but if I do it is for sours)
1-6 gal glass carboy (sour only - solely because I don't want to have to move it around)
4-6 gal BB (primary for everything)
4-5 gal BB (secondaries for souring or fruiting)
5-1 gal glass for small experiments in sours
5-3/4 gal glass for Brett and Cascade Lacto cultures (need more)

    1-10 gallon corny keg (primary)
    2-6 gallon carboys (primary)
    1-5 gallon carboy (secondary)

Space is tight for me, so I can't really justify more. That being said, 3 primary's is enough to keep my taps full.

No, they are 6.5 gallon buckets with spigots. Being the only homebrewer I knew for the first 5 years I homebrewed nobody told me spigots were a bad thing:wink:. So I've always had spigots on my fermenting buckets. I've never had any sanitation issues with them and it sure is easy to take a hydrometer sample.

    2- 6.5 gallon ale pails.
1- vintners harvest 8 gallon bucket (I like the head space for big beers)
    2- 6.5 gallon glass carboys
    1- 5.5 gallon glass carboy
Not too impressive I know, especially with one ale pail being a strictly brett bucket. I have been looking at 15 gallon SS conicals, but haven't gotten too serious about them.

You will buy more if you keep doing it. One has to have more than 1 HB cooking and drinking.
