    I am a collector of Sam Adams Bottles. I have about 40 or so now. I am trying to collect (and drink) every Sam Adams that has been bottled. On this site there is 102 active beers, and 72 archived. So of these 104 beers, how many have been bottled?

    102 + 72 != 104

    HAHA. That's what I get for working and BAing. 104 was part of an IP address I was typing at the time. That's embarrassing lol.

    Check the reviews. If they have been reviewed by bottle then those are the ones you seek.

    I started doing that. That's time consuming though. However, that will probably be what I have to do.

    If you just want the styles, you're probably looking at somewhere in the 150 range, maybe more as I don't know much about what they put out in the 80's. A lot of the 170ish beers listed on here were just experimentals and/or draft only. Unfortunately, there are also a lot of SA bottles that are not listed on this site. For example, Lightship was the original 90's precursor to Sam Adams Light, and it's not on BA. It was a different and much better beer IMO:

    If you want labels, you will never do it. SA has changed labels so many times, nobody short of the Boston Beer Company is going to even have a record of every one.

    I think this is a fun challenge, but also one that is going to be nearly impossible. You'll really going to need to dig and scrap and basically hunt down antiques to even come close to completing them all. Also keep in mind that some of these were extremely rare or limited - older Longshot bottles, one-time brewmaster brews from 15 years ago, etc, etc.
