How much do you drink a day?

If there is MMA on on a weekday, all bets are off, especially if the ones I have money on lose. Last Wednesday, I had 3 Hop Ranch's during the Fight Night. I try to keep my weekday drinking to 2 nights a week. Usually that's only a beer or 2. On the weekends, if I am doing something social, I keep it to maybe 6-8. If I am just chilling here watching a movie or something, maybe 4 on a weekend.

 

Lately it hasn't been that much, like 2 or 3 beers per week. will probably increase to about 6 or 7 per week in a few months. I've been kind of busy lately.

These days, one or two weeknights and two to four on weekends.

Making a conscious effort not to drink Mon-Thurs strictly for the calories. Fri-Sun Anywhere between 2-5 beers a night, but I gravitate towards the higher ABV brews, so it could be substantially less.

 

Look out for gout!

 

During the weekdays I tend to have a beer on some nights because I think about beer rather frequently throughout the day and start craving one eventually so I'll have probably one beer but usually not more than that.
On weekends about 3-5 depending on how I'm feeling

 

Weekdays I try to stay under 120 ABV-oz; weekends I'll spring for the stronger stuff, or if I end up drinking a lot on Saturday then I'll let my liver catch up on Sunday.

 

I wish I could say that made me feel better about myself, however it simply lets me know I am not alone.

 

I usually kill a 30 brick and a handle of Skol on an average weeknight.

 

Most weekdays I have 2-4 beers a night, and weekends are 7+, depending how early I start.

 

2-4 days I work, 3-5 on the weekend I love an after-work beer or two! Every few weeks when I go see an old buddy I'll have upwards of 10, and then holidays and other parties. I only ever catch a mild buzz on the weekends, sometimes an ever-so-slight relaxation if I have two right after work over ~90 minutes. Only difference on off days is that I drink at the bar or pub, so that's pricier. It'll usually be one with lunch, one with dinner, two at the bar, one at home.

One a day is my goal, and I'm content with that, as I love food as much as beer and I try to maintain my weight.

On the weekend, one day I may have three.

 

Nothing beats a dirty rack of Pabst! It did win the blue ribbon.

 

On these "how many do you drink" threads. I've never seen the following discussion point clarified. Is 1 beer considered 1 5% abv bottle? Or is abv not monitored? e.g. 2 hopslams at 10% abv is considered 2 beers.
