How much time do you spend on beer?

Eh, on a daily basis? 2-3 hours.
Wake up: BA, Beerpulse, beerstreetjournal, fullpint, twitter
Get to work: Wait for boss to not be looking, repeat above.
Lunch break: Repeat without fear of being watched
Afternoon: Repeat in bathroom
After work: Catch up on everything I didn't have time to read during the day. Serious BA forum time.
After GF falls asleep: Read whatever beer book is next to the bed.

 

I have to say since discovering & joining BA it's completely ramped up to a serious hobby beyond just seeking out good beer...to the point of me starting to homebrew in 2013 just to try my hand @ it. Added a beer fridge to the basement in 2012 so yeah it's definitely a time waster...but hell if wine drinkers can have a lifestyle why not the beer drinkers?

 

Anywhere from 2 hours a week to 15 , depending if its a brew week or not , I usually brew twice a month and bottle twice a month if my rotation keeps going right

 

Lol...or this one for me in 2012, "YES! please, just buy a fridge for the basement so I can have the fridge space back." Whatever you say dear

 

I wouldn't call it a time waster. More like a time passer byer. Every hobby is time consuming and this is no different. I do spend a lot of time on beer in general especially with home brewing now but I wouldn't change a thing.

A few hours per day, spread throughout the day.

 

Since I've become an avid poster on this site, my time spent on beer has increased significantly.

 

A "shit-ton" is the correct response.

 

50 hours a week + when I'm not working... 60-75% of my time.

 

An exorbitant amount of time, but since it's part of my work, tastes delicious, makes me cooler AND more attractive... I dont see the problem.
