How often do you brew?

I brew about 10 batches a beer, mostly in the late spring and summer. Lately, for maybe the last three years, I've been brewing 2 batches per brew day a lot.

 

I usually try to brew twice a month, but between work and my sons travel baseball schedule (a tournament every weekend), I haven't brewed in about 2-1/2 months.... I'm starting to get low on homebrew

 

I prefer to take the law as a challenge to produce that much on a basic 5 gallon system. And I havent heard of anyone being questioned either. I think the law is more for those caught illegally distributing as a baseline where government can start adding taxes on top of the fines and such. Sorry not trying to thread jack. Kegging three 5's tonight looking for time this weekend to brew another batch.
