When I first started almost 2 years ago, I was brewing once a week and then it turned into once every other week. Since I have gotten my electrical system set-up and going, I've only made 3 beers on it and it's been about 3 months that I've had it in commission....weird how that's happened. I plan on brewing my first Lager ever in the following weeks along with my white stout. Now that I have my electrical system, I have slowed down. I should probably turn that around.

South Orange County. My friends like drinking my beer but none of them brew, so nobody except the good people on BA to bounce ideas and experiences off of.

If you're ever in the area hit me up and we could meet up for a beer and share some homebrews...cheers.

Sounds like fun, I go to long beach from time to time. Last time I was there was for the Indy Race.

I went to that bar that has literally like 100 beers on tap.

not really once a week, but if averaged out about 50 brews a year. Good thing I don't have more free time:slight_smile:

Not nearly enough, but I average every other month. Between time and financial constraints it has become a real treat to brew. My apprentice at work has recently expressed interest in splitting batches, so I think my brewing frequency is going to bounce back.

I don't brew enough, but too often for SWMBO.
I did vote 4 times a year, which is close enough for government work. Last year I did 2, I think, the year before 5.
I'm on #3 this year, and have a couple more planned.
Part of it is when I have time, and when I can weasel out the time to do it. Somehow I end up with something going on almost every weekend. plus routine household chores.

I use to brew once or twice a month. But now to new diet, I am only drinking 25% of what I use to, so no need to brew as much. I miss it everyday. I now brew once every other month and have people over to drink and make room for the next batch.

I used to brew every week or other week. I've brewed 1 batch since November. The troubles of finding a job that will make sufficient money with time off.

I brew enough to keep a nice stock on hand. That's probably once every 2 months.

I try to keep a few cases of imperials and brett/sour beers in bottles stashed away. Always keep a rotating batch in the keg too - usually a lighter, easier drinking beer that I wanna start drinking sooner than later.

On average I brew once a month...but sometimes (especially duirng the colder months) more often than that to allow for the brews that are traditionally long aged (IPA, Porter, Burton/Barleywine, etc).
