3 in my entire 63 years and I unhappily remember each one.

I'll usually down them, but a couple I just couldn't do.

Just a few that were spoiled or infected to the point they may have even been unsafe to drink. On the other hand if someone want's to pour a beer out simply because they don't like it that's a valid reason as well.

I've only drainpoured like 4 or 5 beers in my whole life. And 3 of those were the rest of a nasty 6 pack.

Though, just on Monday I had a can of Bud Lite (hangs head in shame) on the deck while I was hauling mulch. It'd been out for an hour or so, and was really warm and flat. I dumped about half that can out on the ground.

I've only drain poured twice that I can remember. I recently had to pour a canned milk stout that tasted straight soy sauce, and I poured my bottle of Blueberry Nightmare because there's no way in Hell that i would have choked down that mess of nail polish remover and hot sauce

I have to admit, I have poured a few. I blame myself for a few, letting them pass their prime. I also blame our state run liquor commission for others as they have a horrible reputation for storage and "pre-aging" beers before they hit the shelves. I don't like doing it. I try to make my way through as much of the beer as possible. Sometimes it's just too much to take.

This is a ridiculous sentiment. Let's extrapolate this to other stuff.
"You ordered this food, you have to eat all of it regardless of how much you like it"
"You bought this car, you have to drive it until the wheels fall off no matter how little you may like it"
"You married the girl, you have to stay with her until you die no matter what happens"

No man- I'm an adult. If I don't want to do something I don't do it. I'm not drinking every drop of every beer I buy unless I want to. Life's too short to drink a beer I don't want to drink for whatever reason.

The only time I do this is if I've accidentally overlooked a beer in my fridge or "beer cabinet" and it's "best by" date has elapsed.

    Never done it.

At the end, even if the beer is unpalatable, booze is booze.

Rarely, but I have absolutely no qualms about doing it when necessary. (Looking an you, Guinness Nitro IPA.)

2 drainpours (Cave Creek Chile and DFH Festina Peche when I was a wee lad)... out of about 3000 or so unique beers. So I'm doing Ok so far.

The only reason I've ever drain-poured is for an old-ass IPA that someone decided to throw in as an extra in a trade. I've had a few that I've tried (3 month old Jai Alai) where I tasted it, realized that it was really oxidized or malty with old hops and said "fuck it, I'd rather drink something else." I'll drink a full glass of just about anything else.

Rarely, until recently when I bought some bottles from a small restaurant that had the local brewer's (St. Brigid's) output available. They were all bad due to poor storage ( i had neglected to get a receipt). I went to the brewery the next day to taste the same beers to ensure that the bottles were bad. I talked to the brewer, and he actually gave me some pints to make up for my bad experience. He said that store has had issues in the past with improper storage and he would talk to them again. So overall, I'd say my drain pour ratio is 1 in a 1000.

I never drain pour a beer I don't like, only if the bottle is infected or compromised and otherwise undrinkable. I'll admit though, a few of those Beer Camp beers were not that good.

I've only drain poured 1 beer in the past 2 years because of taste. My mentality is I paid good money for this and I'm in to it to the bitter end. I actually still have a bud in my fridge from 2 years ago. I'm saving it for some one I hate.

Never a whole bottle. Out of 1000s of different beers, occasionally one is so bad I can not drink it all and I pour it outside or down the drain.

Good for you!!! Sorry but craft beer is too expensive in the first place and I WOULD rather personally drink it than pour it down the drain. But hey, maybe if you did your homework on something before you purchased it you wouldn't put yourself in such a dilemma junior. Sorry again, your an adult lmao
