How often do you drink?

Just on the weekends (ie:Wednesday through Sunday)

 

Whenever these threads arise people tend to say 1-2 a night (or less); conversely, when the Late Night BA threads arise, say around 7:00 ET, people talk about the 2-3 they've started out with and the 2-3 they'll be moving on to. Hmmm....

 

I have some form of alcohol every night. 5 nights of the week though I will only have 1 drink but when I have the day off I'll have 3 or a big abv bomber. So while I do drink every day it's really not that much oz. Some nights I will have a shot or two of Bourbon if it's late and I don't want 12oz of beer.

 

Interesting so many people just drink on weekends.

Sunday - Thursday, I have 1 beer on 3 or 4 of those days. The other 1 or 2 days I don't have any.
Then I typically have 1-3 beers Friday and Saturday each

Eh. Basically 3-4 days a week, and it's usually just one beer.

 

Every night with very rare exceptions, but almost never more than 24 oz (2 X 12 oz or a bomber). Weekends are the same as weeknights unless I'm at a tasting or out with friends, but then it's more like 2-3.

Until about 18 months ago, I was primarily a wine drinker with basically the same schedule but then I decided to give wine a rest and dive seriously into beer.

 

6-7 days per week if I have good beer in the fridge, but won't drink crap just for the sake of drinking. Almost never more than 2 beers/1 bomber. I drink a little more on weekends if I'm out with friends, but rarely more than 4 in a night (unless it's a special occasion).

 

I usually drink 2 a day and try to keep to that...if it's something like DFH WWS I will only have 1. Every now and then if I go out or if its a special occasion I will drink 4-5.

why do folks ask this question? feeling guilty?

anyone else always start with the I drink alone song? just me oh well....

 

Wow, no obligatory I only drink on days the end in "y" post yet? Someone has to say it so I guess I will.

 

2 a day. Every day. An ice cold Natty in a frozen pint, followed by a craft. Always at home. Don't drink at all away from home. Not that I don't want to, but the risk is too great.

If I have homebrew ready I drink a couple a night.
If I have homebrew almost ready I drink a couple a night.
If I have homebrew not even close to ready I cry myself to sleep.

 

Whenever I desire or deem necessary or appropriate.

 

Plus all the times in between.
