I adjusted a few scores as I got more comfortable with my scoring. Some numbers were off because I didn't have my curve worked out yet. Now I'm pretty comfortable with what each number means and I doubt I will re-rate much at all.

I never re-rate beer. But I'll try it again and take notes as I track my experience with said beer.

I've never done it, though I have had mixed feelings when I first try a beer on tap and then try it bottled/canned for the first time and the bottle/can doesn't live up to the rating I gave the draft version. I really hate when that happens.

As long as I am still drinking the beer or the same sixer of the beer I will tweak the rating. Once that beer is gone that's the last the ratings will see from me. If I tick a beer on a short pour and then get a a full pour later, I will review and perhaps alter the numerical score then.

I've altered my ratings before. The more beer you try in a specific style will give you a greater appreciation for what you are drinking...or maybe you'll think it's worse than you thought the first time you had it.

if the brewery is still in its infancy i might give their beer a second or third look over the year or more. Or if they had some quality issues pop up i might take a fresh look at an older beer to see if the issue is rectified.

I have done it on a few occasions when I felt that my first rating was too high. I am finding that some of my first ratings were a little high the more beer I try. I recently upped a rating. I had rated a beer about 3.75 and then recently read a review that gave the same beer a 1 rating because the beer was foaming out of the bottles because they were shaken before he got them. Like it's really the brewery's fault that happened! Had to go up a little to make up for that jerk

Generally, only when I think I had an "off" experience (e.g. old, infected, etc.). I generally like to see how my tastes have changed over time so I like to keep the original review, although I may add additional notes to an earlier review.

I've never rated a beer more than twice, and then it's only if the beer seems to have changed significantly. I usually keep the old review and paste it into the new one at the bottom to provide contrast.

Only if it was a major upgrade /downgrade over my previous version would I even consider updating.

Anytime I re have something, and it seems significantly different from my previous impression.
