I'll admit.. I do it probably every 2-3 beers.

I kick the keg, pull it, rinse it before anything can dry in there. Hit it with a hot, hot pbw wash in the keg cleaner for 25 min or so. Do a hot rinse on same cleaner. Hit it with clean cold water. Fill with sani-clean or star san..

Every 3rd beer or so, I pull the keg, pull the post and soak. I do the same for the tap lines as well. Pull the perlicks, and the line, soak it all, clean it with BLC, starsan, put together, rinse through with tap water, and then star san.

I don't have any foaming issues, and when I pull the post, the nastiest spots are really around the OUTSIDE of the posts. I never have much of anything in the keg tubes. Of course, most of my tubes are cut, and have screens over them.

Each and every time, not like it takes a ton of effort. I also clean my lines and taps between each keg, again not a whole lot of effort involved
