How old is this lagunitas sucks?

Source? Still says on their site a Seasonal available late November/December.

 

The beers I have we're bottled on Jan 4, 2014. The sixer holder has the same "in 2012..." And "Limited Release" on it. Just haven't updated the packaging it would seem.

 

Maybe I misunderstood a post here on BA about them going with 32oz format and year round.
Also saw that the beer profile on here says "Year round".

May be wishful thinking. Either way, I'm happy to have some in my glass as I type this!

 

Looking at the 6 pack holder and no date on it and the bottle too . There s a series of numbers stamped at the top but it has no date . Maybe a lot number 004 4 6639 0723. Sorry John and thanks for pointing that out, it would be nice to see a date.

 

My 6 pack holder says the same thing. The date is on the bottle neck mine reads 361 3.

 

I'd love to see some '004 4 etc.' Sucks here!! We're still stuck with the '339 3' from early December...

 

True, but this is the second year of "splatter"! If he still had one w/Santa on it, there'd be no question!

 

I don't know about Indiana, but in NE Ohio, Sucks is extremely popular and never stays on the shelves long! If the 6 is old, my guess is somebody from the shop was holding for themselves and either forgot about it, or decided otherwise and thought they would re-release it into this years shipment! I can't imagine Sucks being a shelf turd anywhere!

 

The writing on the 6 pack holder is the history of Sucks. It has nothing to do with when it was brewed or bottled.
