Here in the near future I am going to bottle a wild ale that I let spontaneously ferment. I added raspberries and an oak spiral and let it age for a few months. My question is when it comes time to bottle, how should I do that? Just add some priming sugar? I don't want any bottle bombs and this beer has been down to 1.000 for a while, will the bugs still be active?
