I feel like if I reply back now I'm going to get lead on more. I've completed 20 trades on BA now and everyone seems to be super quick and with great communitcation. It's just little things that BAtrader has done that make me anxious. -He took a couple of days to accept my request. -Didn't accept it until I mentioned it. -reads all the posts I send fairly quickly but doesn't reply back after reading -He seems to be more interested in trading for beer than the glasses. All those things aren't really troubling. I get it. It's the holidays and everyones busy, but when you combined that with some questionable feedback they've received in the past on trades it makes me think that I'm going to get left high and dry with no return box. BAtrader's reputation Good:55 Okay:4 all before March 2016 Bad:1 March 2016 (2 positive IP trades after this one) I have their box ready but I'm hesitant to send it out until they give me a tracking number. What do you guys think is the best way to proceed with the trade? Should I confront them in the conversation? Should I give them an ultimatum? I don't want this person to turn around and send me bad feedback for welshing on a deal. In all honesty, I think I'd prefer to just cancel the trade now. Is that even possible? The glass they are trading me was for a Christmas share I'm having and I doubt I'd have it in time by then even if they shipped out today.
I usually complain about not having enough info on these type of threads, no complaint here ! Need time to process this and respond.
@srgehl Here is my advice: Politely message your trade partner and let them know, you will NOT be sending out your box until they provide a tracking#. Once they provide tracking#, monitor it for a day to make sure their package is in transit and that it's not just a *label created*. Then send your package if it's in transit. If you already have reservations about your trade partner, this is how I would handle the situation. Cheers, Dave
