How to REVIVE craft beer?

I like how every thread I think I've read this year turns into a Sam Adams sucks thread. Hey look Dann Paquette got drunk and went on Twitter. Did you say Sam Adams sucks? What brewery makes the best gose? If Sam Adams did it would suck. Post a picture of your latest haul. Oh you bought a Utioia. I just feel bad for you because Sam Adams made it so it sucks. Jeez.....

 

They failed to keep up with evolving tastes. The beers they came out with like rebel IPA are mediocre and late to the game. Sam Adams' image went from cool trendsetter to stubborn old grandfather in a decade and they dont seem to understand that.

But this is somewhat of a silly argument because Sam Adams definitely isn't failing in the general market. They just aren't considered the "cool" brand right now.
