come on man...you can afford to go out to eat but you can't buy a glass or two?

I'm not a fan of these glasses myself, but it's just like the beer we drink...we all like different things why should our choice in glassware be any different!

I've found that the beer at the bottom of the glass grows warm quickly because of how narrow it is and how much your hands encompasses the narrow base itself. Unless you (a) chug your beer in under two minutes, or (b) constantly dump out the remaining 3 oz. of warm swill at the bottom of your glass, the PP is nothing to write home about.

I enjoy the sam adams for ipa's and pale ales, but don't notice any difference between it and a standard pint glass. If I have clean ones, I grab it, if not, I grab a pint glass. The glass is a little thin, which causes it to warm the beer quicker than necessary if holding it for long periods. I actually found my large Duvel snifter (recently broke it) to be more flexible than any other glass. I poured almost anything in that Duvel - stouts/imperial stouts, barley wines, beligans and it works really well for IPA/IIPA as you can get your nose in there.

I'd reccomended putting the glass down when not drinking if there is concern about thin glass causing it to warm quicker.

I love mine, and will more or less use it for any style of beer. I wish I had one of the 22oz ones.
