But in all seriousness, I'd be really interested in how Allagash Interlude improves over time. I had it the other day, but it's finished with Brett, so it'll probably change a good bit over time.

Reuze, as a Gueuze, probably improves over time.

You should probably drink the Sea Monster sooner rather than later - but it isn't rare or expensive, so there's no harm in just putting one down for a while

I know nothing about Evil twin From Amager with love

I grabbed a Reueze. From what I read, it gets even more acidic with age, but I haven't tried it myself yet. I'm going to save mine for a bottle share or until I'm with some people to share it with.

I have an Interlude now that I've had for about six months. Not sure when I'll open it, but I'll certainly let you know when I do.

How did you like the Curieux? I've been meaning to pick one up. Probably will soon.

I've also been eye-balling that From Amager With Love haha. Apparently we have similar taste!

Allagash Interlude improves quite nicely for about 3 years(sweet spot changes from batch to batch) but it becomes a mess and muddled after the 3 year mark pretty quickly. the 2013 was an impeccable batch, have a 3L and a 750ml of that left i cant wait to pop the end of this year or next spring.

I just picked up the From Amager with Love. If fruit flavors age like bourbon flavors do and disappear (my experience), I'm guessing the blueberry that's there will disappear. I plan on drinking mine sooner rather than later.
