Sierra Nevada has to be the number one seed. There is so no way any of those other brewers provide the quality, quantity (spectrum of style) and consistency that they do.

    sorry, not sorry.

If these breweries were actual teams in the Sweet 16, here's how I would seed them-

    1. Founders (Louisville) - Overall #1 seed. Exciting to watch and no reason to think they're slowing anytime soon.
    1. Sierra (Kansas)- Been doing this a long time. Easily a 1 seed.
    1. Bells: (Indiana) - Going strong, but probably not as strong as the other 1 seeds.
    2. Goose Island (Miami) - Program went through some issues (sold to AB vs. NCAA Sanctions), still looking good.
    2. Flying Dog (Ohio St.) - Doesn't always look pretty, but they get it done.
    2. Lagunitas (Duke) - I'm not going to lie, I've never been a fan of these guys. That said, they always put out good product and have a lot of fans.
    3. Troegs (Marquette) -Fun to drink (watch), but I don't see them as much as I'd like.
    3. Anchor (Michigan St.) -Always in the conversation for best beer (team).
    3. Sweetwater (Florida) - From the south and put on a great show.
    4. Chimay (Syracuse) - A long history of great beer (basketball). Could be sneaky title contenders.
    4. Sam Adams (Michigan) - Thought they were way overseeded, but they're still around.
    6. Yuengling (Arizona) - Everyone's kind of wondering why they're still here.
    9. Wychwood (Wichita State) - Somehow knocked off an overseeded Stone (Gonzaga) in the last round.
    12. Sprecher (Oregon) - Sneaky (I actually have nothing to connect these two, but I didn't want to put Sprecher any higher than this and I wanted to say "sneaky").
    13. Du Claw (La Salle) - I'm admittedly stretching my analogies at this point. Um....they both have two words in their name?
    15. Nimbus (Florida Gulf Coast) - I had never heard of them before this thread (before the tournament).

P.S. Don't ask how long this took.
