    I've always had better luck with AirBnB than hotels in this area.

    I just read an article in the new issue of True Brew magazine, that Sloop Brewing is opening a 2nd, much larger, brewery in East Fishkill. They say taproom open by late June. Former industrial space, may not be as scenic as their farm brewery. But probably easier to get to.

    If Sloop, then Suarez. If Suarez, then Sloop. Both are wonderful and highly recommended for opposite reasons.
