Sorry if I was misunderstood, my thanks was to the BA offering to take a pic. I then answered your question, couldn't quote from my phone (BA App). Didn't mean to sound snarky at all, I appreciate any response.

Edit: Don't know how to quote at all I guess

I'm thinking that registering the band simply activates it proving that it was received.
    Like a new credit card

The registration screen was simply a blank field where you entered the serial from the band and clicked register.
No entry of any other information as I recall so one would assume you couldn't change the name its registered to from the purchase.

Interesting... I was one of the people who couldn't enter the 2nd person's name when i checked out w/ my tickets. When i went to register my wristbands, i was taken to a 2nd screen where i had to enter my name/phone/e-mail.

So it seems like maybe vendini didn't actually do anything when we sent them the name of our +1 and you could potentially register the wristband to a different person.

Dunno for sure, but that would be my guess.

It asked for the band number, first and last name and email address used to buy the band.

If you ordered two tickets, how are you supposed to know what wristband goes to who?

Nothing would show up for me when using Safari on my computer or phone. Google Chrome loaded it fine.

Exactly, you'd expect someone here must have bought two and accidentally tried to register one with the other name and vice versa. If that's the case, it should have said "not valid name for serial id" or something along those lines but I highly doubt it.

Time to get ready... I had asked earlier in this forum how people that are flying in planning on bringing back 8 bottles. Dedicated suitcase might be fine but the weight is going to be borderline. Someone suggested the U-Haul 12 wine shipper box for $12 which is perfect. https://www.uhaul.com/MovingSupplie...oxes/Wine-Shipping-Kit-Twelve-Bottles?id=3569

The problem I'm facing is that none of the U-haul stores carry it. I asked to have them shipped to the store, but they didn't allow it. It needs to be shipped to a residence, which means I'd have to carry it on the plane ($25*3 of us) Does anyone have any suggestions? Would a local allow me to ship them to their house? (I'll give you a Heady for your efforts)

I don't think shipping will work either as we are leaving on Sunday.

    1) a 12-bottle shipper with 750 ml wine bottles can be checked as a bag with no weight issues. I checked (4) 12-bottle shippers when I was out in Portland with no issue.

    2) You can just ship the boxes to a FedEx location and they will hold onto them for free until you pick them up. I did this when I was out in Portland and Denver. Don't deliver to a UPS Store - they charge you for holding boxes.

If anyone is in need of some shippers, spirited usually has the lowest cost...shipping cost does add some to it..if anyone want sto order a shipper through Spirited, where the box is broken down, feel free to shoot me a message and you can pay me and i cna place an order and ship them to my house and give them to you at some point during the weekend.

you can also have them shipped to the Hotel you are staying at. You would just have to let the Hotel know so they can hold them for you. (unless its the HOJO across from CCB, then they may end up as homes for transients)
