Hunahpu's Day 2017

Called American Spirits and they are out of shippers but Craft & Curd has them for $10; also posted on FB that they have 6/3/2/1 shippers too. Super nice guy running the joint and nice selection for out of towners to take home (MBCP, Last Snow, BA Bible Belt etc). I couldn't find a phone number anywhere but watch for FB updates; guy said he just got shippers in today so well-stocked.

Anyone plan on bottle sharing at the downtown Embassy Suites tonight?

 

I plan on drinking in Tampa. At the Westin on the island across from channel. Should be going ham tomorrow.

 

Where exactly are the bottles handed out at the Marriott? (Sorry for being a noob)

 

Riverwalk entrance (not the front). I walked by on the Riverwalk yesterday and saw a few doors so not sure exactly which one.

About 80 people in line already, fun run still going on making it a bit hectic

Imagine that. Douches already corralling themselves for an event that doesn't start for two hours. This is what makes beer events so great.

 

Bottle pickup line fast, probably the smoothest of any festival I've been to.

 

Amazing fest. So many improvements upon last year IMO. Whales are gonna kick early and lines will be there for those and there's nothing you can do about that however Ccb hit it out of the park with this year.

 

Agreed. So many breweries brought berliners which was much needed. Omnipollo, Weldwerks, Casa, & 3 Sons all had so many great beers. Food has been great. Really enjoyed everything this year.

 

I'll be completely honest. Loved my first fest, but could not stand this inside "VIP" area. Never heard any tickets go on sale about it, but tons of people were in there getting first pours. Kind of shitty if you ask me. Slap in the face.
