Hunahpu's Release...

Wow, nothing as crazy as that. I've been trying to decide what to bring, I'll be choosing a few of the following:

Parabola
Abacus
Brooklyn Black Ops
Old Rasputin XIV
2011 Sexual Chocolate
2009 CCB Marshal Zhukov
CCB Imperial Milk Porter

 

I'll probably bring a 2005 Pannepot Grand Reserva, LA Red Poppy, and a few bottles of Terrapin Big Daddy Vlady... I just don't have the semi-whales lying around like it used to

 

I've had a 2007 Pannepot Reserva and thought it was amazing so I'd hope that an 2005 Grand would hold up great as well... I'm sure that it ages just as well at most most Belgians do.

 

That would be great. I haven't had a chance to try the 2012 yet.

 

Any idea where they distribute this stuff? Does it make it down to the Fort Lauderdale area? I'll be down there March 16-18.

 

damn... why does this have to be on the same day as the Daytona SX.... I would have been in on this for sure.

I know this isn't the right forum for trading, but if anyone is going and has an extra bottle to trade I would love to work something out.

 

You had me all excited there was going to be some Drie Fonteinen (3F) stuff there. I will be happy with some Three Floyds (FFF) beers though

They had some of their stuff last year (IIRC, Arctic Panzer Wolf and a couple others). Granted, there was not a keg of Dark Lord that I know of.

I'm hoping for some Dark Lord, but who knows... Maybe someone will bring their 7 year vertical like last year.

 

I'd love to get with y'all on a trade but don't have a whole lot of stuff in my cellar as I just got into craft beer a year ago. I have 2011 black ops and dfh 120 as well as some hopslam if anyone would allow me
in their tasting!

 

They posted another picture of a small keg of Dark Lord. Extremely excited.

 

Where can I find out more info about the release? I know that it's on the 10th, there is a three bottle limit and that they are $20 each. Has any other info been released yet? Any other bottles being sold, special taps, etc.?

Here is everything that is up to date. Also check out there Facebook, they have been posting updates. Like today they showed pics of a bunch of FFF stuff, including a keg of Dark Lord.
