I have 6x bcbs, 1x BBGBS, Pirate bomb x1, Boulevard smokestack series imperial stout Jackie O's Oil of Aphrodite or dark apparition..
Will any of these combos land me one?

Some combo of that should land a 14' Huna no problem. Not sure how the 15' Huna will trade though as it seems production will be far less

Negative, they are only bottling enough for Huna Day and the rest is going into kegs. Where those kegs go is another story.

Any thoughts on if a '14 abraxas would go 1:1 for a '14 huna? Thinking about trying for one to do a side by side

Oh you definitely read it. It was going to when they first canceled Huna Day, but now that it is back on they've decided not to distro it.

I've seen that get done a few times before.

Huna was like $15, I traded a BASC for one plus he put in a few to even it up a bit. The BCBS alone is way over $4$ depending on who wants it and has multiple Huna's.

^^^ Huna limits are very generous, shouldn't have any problem getting hooked up then. Easily some combo he's offering will work depending on who see's it.

Wow...I don't even know where to start about how wrong this is. Not sure what you consider generous as limits go...but at last year's Hunahpu Day, they ran out of bottles before everyone got there "guaranteed" 3 bottles. Some people did get cases due to miscommunication. But a number of people didn't get a bottle at all. That's why CCB brewed a "make up batch" which was a limit of 3 per person for people that didn't get bottles at the release day (and still had their wristbands). After everyone claimed those...the remaining bottles were sold to CCB's el Catador Club members via a lottery. Most club members were able to purchase 2 bottles (some 3).

So I wouldn't say it's a generous limit. I'd say most people got 3 bottles. To the OP...you should easily be able to get a bottle with some Jackie O's

I was thinking I remember guys getting a case of the stuff. I would say 3 isn't all that generous, but enough to trade 1 to a long time partner I guess. maybe not so easy i suppose on the BCBS on 2nd thought didn't Fl get great distro on GI stuff?

they made enough for everyone to get 3 bottles and then they made another batch. There was a lot of huna out there.

They made enough for the 3,500 ticketed admissions to get 3 bottles each. Sadly, due to counterfeit tickets and people sneaking in, there was an estimated 6,000 people there. So, a sizable number of people didn't get bottles that day.

I will agree that with the make-up batch there ended up being significantly more bottles of Hunahpu this year than any previous year.

Now this year (2015) there is going to be half as many bottles due to the new format.

people also got cases of DB Huna for $25 a bottle too... lol

but yeah, lots more '14 huna made it out there because of the makeup batch. '15 will be a whole different story.

I traded a couple NG fruits $4$ for Huna and would do it again over and over again:grinning: Love Huna and not really into the fruit stuff everyone else seems to be into. Works well...

From what is being said, there will only be around 8k bottles of Huna this year, compared to upwards of 15-20k bottles last year, including both batches. Significantly less. The 14' shouldn't be that hard to get, $4$ with other brewery only releases will get it done. 15' that's another story.
