I-80 in PA is kind of in the middle of nowhere. The only 2 things I can think of aren't super close to I-80, and that would be Abe's in Bethlehem or Weyerbacher, but those are near 78, and north of 80 is Voodoo out toward Pittsburgh.
Selin's Grove is pretty good. About a 20-25 min drive from the interstate. Also the Wegmans in Williamsport has a great selection of bottles and six packs for a PA grocery store
You take exit 79 North off 80 and its 30 minutes to Voodoo. Pittsburgh is an hour and some change the other way on 79 North Country is right off 80 in Slippery Rock too. I think the Brew Kettle is off 80 in Ohio, never been but if you are heading any further north than 80 and get closer to Cleveland stop there if you have a chance too, there are like 3 breweries within like 2 minutes of each other Great Lakes, Nano Brew and Market Garden.
Take 180/220 to Williamsport for Bullfrog Brewery - one of the reasons I fell in love with craft beer.
New Take 180/220 to Williamsport for Bullfrog Brewery i agree with KMcDAlso Al's of Hampden in Enola Pa , im not too sure how close it is to I80
