Total Wine in Claymont, DE. Pinnochio's in Media, PA (A 20 minute detour from 95, each way, but a good stop).
State line liquors in Elkton MD. The Craft Beer Outlet (Northeast Philly) Trenton Rd Takeout (Look it up)
+1 for State Line in Elkton Md - 5minutes off I95, best beer store I've ever set foot in. If you follow the local roads, after stopping here you can beat the $5 toll in Delaware, and spend it on grog instead.
State Line in Elkton, MD is the absolute must stop... Just a couple of seconds off of 95... Total Wine in Claymont, DE is also highly suggested, though you may get some mix opinions...
Wine World at route 24 in Maryland. The Bel Air exit. The Perfect Pour on 175 in Columbia and of course, State Line in Elkton.
The Foodery in Philly (Northern Liberties location) is a quick detour off I-95. Go there whenever I make the trip to NJ from DC...stopped there yesterday and they had tons of fantastic goodies.
I have to put my word in for State Line, great selection, also if you sing up for their mailing lists you can get some discounts at check out.
I can only speak for these two: Craft Beer Outlet in Northeast Philly has a nice big selection. It's easy to get on and off from 95. (Get off at Woodhaven exit. Get off at the next exit from there RT 13. Go right at the light. Take that until you cross into Philly and they are in the shopping center on the right near a Dunkin Donuts) The con is that you'll pay Philly tax. Trenton Road Takeout has good selection albeit a little smaller than CBO but their price is better and you won't pay Philly tax. Most of the limited released tend to get gobbled up by their fans on Facebook though. (A little bit more of a hassle to get on-and-off 95 but nothing too crazy)
