    That is an example of law that is written poorly by folks that have no understanding of the business. Georgia legislators regularly come up with "GREAT" ideas- some recent very strange ones. North Carolina is currently experiencing similar strange legislative initiatives. Oddly though, North Carolina puts few obstacles (for the most part), in front of brewers and new endeavors. These are interesting times.
