    Zunft Kölsch.
    Grew up close to the brewery, grew up drinking it.
    Soon moved on to belgian beers and more bold beers in general.....
    And now everytime I visit my home town I love drinking it....
    Never thought I'd say that.

    This was the beer that got me into beer. Never have it anymore but got at a bar recently and reminded me why I fell in love the first time...kind of like that first girl (or guy) that you never got over...

    This just recently happened to me when I popped a 2015 Chimay Blue.

    Hadn't had one in easily 5 years.. my goodness it was incredible. Many American brewers are making Quads, but are (typically) completely falling short.
