    So we send beer generally against policy. When a box is damaged, if it doesn't get "destroyed" it gets returned to the sender. What if we swapped roles on shipping. In other words, I would send the other trader a label billed to me for my box. So if it gets damaged and the company decides to return it to the person being billed for the shipping it would come to the recipient or am I wishful thinking on this?

    Hell, just put the recipient's name in both fields like you are sending yourself something?

    Technically, if your address was the shipper and the recipient, that would seem to be the only place they could send it. But bear in mind that FedEx/UPS knows where your package originated (the station it began its journey) and might also be inclined to send it back there.

    There is no fool proof plan. Pack em as tight and well as you can and hope like hell!
