I love Lagunitas, especially Maximus! I'll buy cases of their IPA, tastes great and the aroma is fantastic.
If your wanting an alternative, Knee Deep Simtra or Hoptologist are two of my favorites, just don't like the price, it's a luxury item in my house...

@TongoRad talks of his love for Maximus now and then. Once he inspired me to pick up a six pack and revisit it. It was wonderful. Wicked fruity. I ordinarily love sharing beer with my wife. This time I was disappointed that she drank half of it...

Cap Stout is seasonal; Imperial Stout is year-round (used to be seasonal).

This. I'm hoping they will start distributing to Oklahoma one day. I'd love to get it year round opposed to having to load up on vacations.

    Move to California then.

Lagunitas bombers of Lucky 13 on the shelf at Vons (AKA Safeway) for just $4.49.

Just sampling my first Surly Overrated and it has some serious juiciness/tropical flavor. Good to try if you can get it.

Can't say I agree with the Odell characterization. I just had their IPA and Myrcenary this weekend and thought they were more piney and citrus, less tropical which seems to define Lagunitas. Maybe older bottles??

    Myrcenary was pretty delicious though.

I'm surprised I'm the first one to post this but anything by Greenflash, Lagunitas used to be my go to until I discovered them. The West Coast IPA is awesome, there imperial is great, and the green bullet triple ipa is super fruity and juicy. On a side note Ithica flower power is another juicy one.

Lagunitas Lil Sumpin Wild is a great addition to their line up too. 8.8% and very sessionable. I just added it on tap and people are loving it.

If you are ever lucky enough to make it to Petaluma when SF Fusion is on tap get it. It is probably my favorite IPA/DIPA.
