Do the Celebrator (also, thanks for bringing Celebrator back into my consciousness - might need to pick that up for Super Bowl Sunday).

I have only tried the Alesmith IPA but it is a good one. It's funny because I bought it once and really liked it but found myself always trying something else. I finally bought a second one last week lol.

    Deus (deterred by the price)
    Prestige (again, price)
    Various Odell 750s (see above)

There are probably others and in almost all cases it's the price that keeps me away.

Founders. I have never tried it and I know people in the Chicago area they just seem to never pack any when they come to Vegas.

Belgian anything in general, and Duvel in particular. I've been too addicted to American IPAs, and occasionally stouts, to begin wading into the unfamiliar territory of Belgian beer, despite how incredible I hear it is.

Rochefort 10. I see it all the time and for the anticipated quality the price doesn't even bother me really, but for whatever reason I always end up grabbing Chimay or St. Bernardus 12.

I can easily get the 12, like, on the walk home from work easily, but have never tried it. There's good beer on the shelf of that shop that I know I enjoy and are half the price. I'm gonna try it tomorrow I've decided though, bet there's none for once!

Duvel can be a bit expensive (usually about $15-$16/4 pack near me) so I don't blame you, though it's worth every penny imho. You could give Piraat or Delirium Tremens a try, both have similar distros and are a little more accessible price wise, at least in my area.

I actually have access to a decent amount of Belgian beer from Wegmans and my local beer shop, Lewis Bros, all of the major ones anyway--Duvel, Chimay, Delirium Tremens, Lindemans, and a few others--it's just something that I haven't gotten around to doing it yet. My fault, I know.

Some of the year round stuff for me. Sierra Nevada Stout, Bell's Two Hearted, and Ballast Point's Sculpin (I have had the Grapefruit Sculpin strangely enough). I just feel like they will always be there to try and get sidetracked by seasonals and one offs.

I had this one a few months back. It was a really nice surprise! Great brew, you should pull the trigger on it

Any of the 50-50 Eclipse variants. I'm sure it's very good but I can never justify spending quite that much for anything other than a hard to find Belgian sour. Madame Rose for the same reason.
