It's always on the shelf. I've always wanted to try it. I have $38, but haven't been able to pull the trigger.

Any Chimay. I'll eventually bite the bullet and try them.

Cough up the money; throw it up whatever you prefer! Had a 2012 last month $36 at the bar I was at but I was on vacation so I said fuck it. Thought it was phenomenal. Worth my pennies.

Beers that are classic to the craft beer movement that I either haven't had or only have had a small pour of at some festival or tasting. Darklord and Pliny come to mind. Thinking on the topic though, I seem to be doing pretty good with drinking these "classic" or "famed" beers, both domestic and import alike. Need to close up a few gaps though.

For the price I can pass on 6 and 8 but 10 is worth every penny (or at least the $6-7 it is for my area). Haven't had Westy 12 but for the price and availability of 10, I don't feel like I'm missing anything by not having it.

Despite being available at the stores I frequent, I've yet to try anything from Ommegang, and have barely sampled anything from Weyerbacher.

This thread makes me want to reply to almost every post with 'dude you gotta try it, its amazing!' lol.

For me it's the entire Mikkeller lineup. I see tons of them all the time in bottle shops but for some reason never give any of them a try.

I keep meaning to try more porters and stouts; however, every time I get there it's like I have an angel on one shoulder, a devil on the other. Yet they're both hops - warning me that if I turn my back on the almighty IPA, I'll be banished back to regular beer existence.

Dude, you gotta try ALL the Mikkellers. Even the retired ones. Get crackin.

...a Westy. A friend of mine in the U.S. Army was supposed to bring me some a couple years ago. He's been pretty busy though and that's quite alright with me.

I've been meaning to try Old Rasputin and Founders Imperial Stout, but the price point turned me off for a bit since I can get Brooklyn BCS and SA Narwhal for a bit less and still have an amazing beer. Although, I bought a single of each a few days ago so i'll be finally trying these tonight. I feel like i've been committing a felony loving imperial stouts but never having these before...:grimacing:

I've got a short list of Beers of Fame that are available, but not really of interest - so I mean to try them, but there's always something else I'd rather have...

    Rodenbach Grand Cru
    Weihenstephaner Korbinian
    La Terrible
    Rochefort 6
    St. Bernardus 8
    Franziskaner Hefe-Weisse
    Sierra Nevada Stout
    Rare Vos
    St. Bernardus 6

I'll hook you up with a La Terrible. If you like Trois Pistoles, you gonna like La Terrible.

I do like Trois Pistoles, but I've probably only returned to it twice, and that was over 3 years ago. We get the La Terrible here (don't know if its on the shelves now, mind you, but it shows up), but I've just never pulled the trigger, y'know?

Duvel for me, and I can't for the life of me explain why I have yet to try it.
It is very available in my area but for some reason I have never gotten around to trying it.
I think I will have to do something about that soon.
