    Unibroue beers .... I enjoy the styles they make and they are available, just keep passing up for others, will have to change that probably next winter

    Duvel was one for me for a long time too; I think subconsciously it was the price tag. It's an incredible beer though, so next time I highly recommend you just go for it and it'll probably redefine the style for you. Try the tripel hop version too.

    I think Porkslap is probably the first to come to mind, It's readily available fresh and not expensive and I just never buy it, though I think about it every time I see it.

    Also, everything by Unibroue.

    A lot of brews by Knee Deep. I've had only Lupulin River and Simcoe TIPA.
