I was at DLD in 2007. Someone, before the door opened at 11, had a beer that was in a clear bottle. The bottle was squareish similar to a spirit bottle It was a beer that was aged in bourbon or whiskey - I think Jack Daniels. It was about 19% alcohol incredibly strong tasting as you would expect. I cant for the life of me remember the name. I know this is a tremendous longshot that someone might know what this is by my piss poor description but you never know. Maybe someone was there. There were only about 200 - 400 people at the time it was cracked so i'm guessing it was around 9-9:30 AM or so. Anyway. Thanks.

Bitterbill - that might actually be the beer! Mind you I was pretty buzzed by 9am in the morning and that is what I remember - I am actually going to put this one to bed and in my mind and say you called it. Wow!!!! How did you know??
