I need help/suggestions for a tap system at our bar.

    Hey guys I work at a restaurant with 48 taps and am in a position that the owner ship is allowing me to make some changes. We are located in AZ, in the Peoria area and I need some suggestions. This is our current draft list. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

    Personally I think there should be a few more stouts/Belgians available. It's a very solid list though!

    Smart guess, yes. We are under new ownership and management. We are very focused on a inviting and customer friendly environment.

    Honestly that's good to hear. I went when it first opened and made a few suggestions to the manager and was basically brushed off. My suggestions would be to 1) bring in some limited release beers or do tap takeovers and 2) get on tap hunter so people know what you have.

    That is my goal, small batch, rotating and as we get more established yes tap takeovers. That you for the tap hunter suggestion BTW. I'll check that out too.
