[Idea] Same brew, less alcohol?

    Some brewers do "Small beers" or "Second runnings". They'll brew a beer (say, an IPA). After transfering the wort, they'll add more water to the left over grain. Since most of the sugars went into the first batch, the second running will have less alcohol. You can end up with nearly identical beers, that have very different ABV's.
