Ideas for remote temperature alerting system

    I have a upright freezer set up with a Johnson temp controller. I have trust in the controller, to be sure, but if it was cheap/easy enough, I'd love to connect in some sort of secondary system that could automatically ping me if the temp got too high/low (I assume via WiFi). Does anyone have any experience with doing this?
