Had the regular Bare Branch earlier this week. Absolutely fantastic beer.

Great for the weather, especially at night.

I totally guessed wrong on the first pumpkin too.

Looks like Idle Hands has a new WCIPA “Alpha Fury” coming out today. Cask of it on Friday if you want to see @AlcahueteJ (I’m guessing).

Ha, you know me well. I'll try to swing by, I have another obligation at Common Craft that evening, so we'll see.

To those who want the cask, their Friday casks go quickly. I'd aim to get there when they tap it at 5 pm. It'll likely be gone in less than an hour.

Also, I don't know how many of you remember him, but Brett Bauer, one of Idle Hands' former brewers, is starting a brewery in Florida called Peaceful Arts. He has a Mainvest if anyone is interested in helping him get his brewery off the ground. https://mainvest.com/b/peaceful-arts-ales-and-lagers-alachua

Went and tried it on Weds and took some home with me. Fantastic old-school WCIPA. If you’re an OG hop-head, you really need to give this a try. Hope it does well as I’d love to see more brewers make actual West Coast IPAs more often.

Yeah, I too would love to see more WCIPAs locally. Excited to try this at some point this weekend. Love that they have some semblance of can art for this too.

The cask was very very bitter, in a good way though. Curious to try it on draft without the dry hopping in the firkin for comparison.
