The hype for it would be insane and would be one the most extreme beers on earth.

Out of all the variegation that have been out there this is the one I want.

I love the idea of canning BCBS.

As far as a variant, maybe an ice-distilled monstrosity?

BCBIS has a nice ring to it

They had Cabernet at Stout Fest this year as Napa County Stout. I really enjoyed it, but it was quite different from regular BCS. My wife absolutely loved it.

And Laffler also told me that the Cherry variant is next.

I really need to try the original before I get talking. Any idea where I can get any?

If you are asking about where to get the Cabernet, the answer is I have no idea. The only time I have ever seen it was at Stout Fest this year. Laffler told me it sat in the barrel (there was only one) for IIRC 2yrs until it was where he wanted it to be. Also, I think it may have had Brett as well. I wouldn't be surprised to see this pop up at another festival or 2 over the years, but I think you are SOL trying to locate it.

Blend of Bourbon and Scotch whisky would be awesome. Something like Elijah Craig 12 and Highland Park 12 would be the best of both worlds, IMO."

Call it something like Bourbon County Highland Stout.
