    Romero, do you mean American Imperial/Double Stout? or Russian Imperial Stout? They are listed as two different styles.

    On the shelves, I would say Aged Sours and Bourbon Barrel Aged Stouts since they take a lot of time and care.

    ...then I would just brew any other style I desired at home... Especially IPAs.

    Non-imperial stouts, (oatmeal, coffee etc.) and American IPA.
