Any negatives to the act or are the 3 items listed the only proposed changes

 

Another point I believe with the DTC shipping is that it allows out of state breweries to ship direct (as long as their home state also allows them to).

Currently we can get Threes, Burial, Fonta Flora shipped direct to us and would be nice to keep that up as well as potential future options as more states enact similar legislation.

 

I’d rather pay shipping than convenience fees.

 

Tell everyone you know to stop buying alcohol in Illinois. If you can show a significant impact on the state’s tax revenue from alcohol sales they will be forced to put the law into effect or raise everyone’s taxes to compensate.

 

Would you be able to make a trip to the Himalaya's to let me know when it passes? Because I'm going to have to become a Buddhist monk for that to happen.

Here's an announcement from ICBG of what was introduced in HB 2620. Was hoping for delivery and DTC shipping but seems the distributor lobby succeeded on the counterfeit rotgut booze angle in the end.
