I would like my parents to grab some of the NG fruit beers and Sours are there any really accessible liquor stores on the highway that may have those. I can remember the Liquor stores as exits in NH which would be perfect.
I visited a buddy of mine in St. Charles, MN back in late June and found a place just off 90W that had a solid selection of all things NG. It is called J&S Liquor in Mauston, WI. As you are headed West on 90, there is at least one big billboard for it. They are right off the highway. Hope this helps!
The easiest major liquor store is Woodman's East in Madison. It's just a short five minute drive off 90/94/39 and you can't beat the combination of selection and prices.

There is a new store in the Dells called Liquor Central located next to the outlet mall. The owner is a Beeradvocate and he tends to have a ton of good stuff. If can give you the fellow BA's sign-on name and you could contact him directly to see what he currently has in stock, if interested BM me.
The Coffee Grounds in Eau Claire is not too far off of 94 and has the best selection of craft in the area.
Woodman's in Kenosha has all of these. Right off of 94 just north of the Illinois/WI line. Not sure exactly what's going on with the construction around there at the moment, but their beer selection is top notch, particularly the WI section.
