    Does your dog have the same job as my dog, "holding down the ground?" I tell ya, the ground around here hasn't moved one bit since this dog came around. :rolling_eyes:

    I don't quite have the "too many brews going at once" problem that you do (although that's not necessarily a problem). I'm building my entire homebrew routine around how many freezers/controllers I have. It's WAY too hot here most of the year to ferment anywhere else.

    At the moment, I now have two freezers (about to pick up a second controller). This will allow me to double my production, but stay on the same approximate brewing schedule (once a week) once I finish the upgrade to ten gallons.

    BTW, I've tried the two batches in a day thing, but it never quite works out. Best I've gotten was bottling two batches and brewing one. :flushed:
