Just trying to get some info on how I can send beer through the mail, do people use UPS or Fed Ex? Whats the best possible way to send it, how to package and make sure its secure...? Thanks
The best way os a subject of debate. Some prefer fed ex, others prefer UPS. I think its safe to say more use FedEx.. tons of ways to package and theres great info and threads on that. Best os probably Styrofoam wine shippers
FedEx, from what I've found, is generally cheaper. But I must admit I tend to like the services at UPS a little better--they can look up my account with a phone number so I don't have to give them my address every time and they will automatically send me a tracking email, whereas FedEx just gives me a receipt with the tracking number on it, even when I use my FedEx account number. But I don't like the services enough to pay more for them... so I use FedEx.
Oh but dont put rice or coins in the box. That doesn't matter and just sounds like something is broken in the box and raises eyebrows.
