A must buy. Fantastic beer. One of the best non- barrel aged imperial stouts I've ever had.

So does this beer have much trade value? Seems like it is well distributed.

The DeCicco's variant w. Italian hazelnuts and chili would probably be hold more trade weight, as it's only available in NY. And it tastes 10x better than the original IBB

I think it's a great beer, but unfortunately (as is usually the case with Evil Twin beer (and Mikkeller)) it's priced too high. Whatever price you find it at, $12-$20, it's most certainly worth trying it once, but after that it's not something I would buy again unless the price dips a bit. Great beer and all, but there are beers the same price that I believe are better (or my palate prefers at least).

    Is that the original version?
Do you guys brew the original and DeCicco's variant?

Yes we do the imperial biscotti. We did regular biscotti once in '11 but since then it has been only imperial version. We also did decicco version but so far that's a one off

Edit: there was a regular biscotti break before imperial biscotti break. Now all we do is imperial

Any chance this beer ever gets put in 4 packs? I've been seeing a lot other Evil Twin beers in 4 packs and would love to see this trend continue

I doubt it. I've heard rumor that the place in CT that does the 12oz bottles for evil twin doesn't want to use brett or put things in their fermenters/brite tanks. For example they do Ryan and the beaster bunny which is the same as Ron and the beast Ryan that we do but theirs is without brett. Then lil b is the same base as imperial biscotti but without the almonds and vanilla added to the brite tank which we do. Whether its true or not I'm not 100%
