    Went there Wednesday w my girlfriend who is definitely not a beer person. We went after dinner and had a great time. Friendly service, good atmosphere, and good beer / drinks. Wasn't a huge selection but enjoyed the beers I had. One thing that keeps us going to taprooms together is here dislike of beers. I try and try but to no avail. Nice thing about Imperial Oak was there cocktail menu. She tried two and enjoyed both. Her being happy allowed me to stay a little longer. Looking forward to going back. Anyone know any others that offer have cocktails? I live in southwest suburbs

    18th Street in Hammond or Miller (ok...Gary) IN. Great beer and worth the half hour-ish drive for you.

    Fun place to go to.

    Not worth the outlandish to go prices he has been charging lately, however.

    Try the coconut killjoy on nitro. Awesome.

    Weed Whacker is good and Melon Collie is too.
